Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. Should you change your mind, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without having to provide a reason. This reflects the standard EU right of withdrawal for online purchases.

How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@parivis.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item or items you wish to return
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase

We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Please do not return your order to the original sender’s address unless we have confirmed this address.

Returning your order

After notifying us of your decision, you must return the product within 14 calendar days.

You may carefully inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical store. Please handle the item with care and, where reasonably possible, return it in its original packaging with all included accessories.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling or using the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the order is the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost during transport.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back. Standard delivery costs will be refunded where legally required, but additional costs for express or premium delivery are not refundable.
