GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any order placed on the parivis.com website. Any purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 1 – Seller's Identity
PARIVIS is the seller and the consumer's sole point of contact. Although products are shipped directly by our partner suppliers (dropshipping), PARIVIS assumes full commercial, contractual, and legal responsibility for each sale. The supplier is not a party to the sales contract concluded between PARIVIS and the customer.
Article 2 – Products
PARIVIS offers fashion items, clothing, and accessories for sale. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may show slight variations (color, size) due to shooting conditions or your screen display settings.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). PARIVIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of order validation. Delivery costs, if applicable, are indicated separately and added to the total price before order confirmation.
Article 4 – Order
The customer places an order via the parivis.com website. The order is considered final upon receipt of payment. PARIVIS sends an order confirmation by e-mail. PARIVIS reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stockout, obvious pricing error, or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of order, using the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Transactions are secured by the payment service provider. PARIVIS does not store customers' bank details.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in Asia (China). Estimated delivery times are 10 to 25 working days from order confirmation, depending on the destination and carrier. These times are indicative and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment. In case of significant delay, the customer will be informed and may cancel their order and obtain a full refund.
PARIVIS is not responsible for delays related to customs services, carriers, or force majeure events.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify PARIVIS of their decision by e-mail to contact@parivis.com or via the website's contact form, clearly indicating the order number.
The product must be returned to the address indicated by PARIVIS, in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as used during the order.
Article 8 – Exchanges and Returns (excluding withdrawal)
Outside the legal withdrawal period, any return or exchange must be subject to a prior request to customer service at contact@parivis.com. Products returned without prior agreement will not be accepted.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
PARIVIS is bound by the following legal guarantees, in accordance with Articles L. 217-3 and following of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code:
- Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery of the goods.
- Guarantee against hidden defects: action possible within 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
Article 10 – After-Sales Service
For any questions, complaints or disputes, the customer can contact PARIVIS customer service:

PARIVIS undertakes to respond to any request within 5 working days.
Article 11 – Mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, the consumer can resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. PARIVIS adheres to the mediation service [To be completed – e.g. ANM Conso, FEVAD e-commerce Mediator]. The consumer can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 12 – Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction. The consumer also benefits from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they reside.
