RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At PARIVIS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, here is everything you need to know about our return and refund conditions.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with French law (articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
2. How to make a return?
Step 1: Contact our customer service at contact@parivis.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3: Return the product in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and with all its labels, within 14 days of your request.
Step 4: Keep proof of shipment.
3. Condition of returned products
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged)
- Accompanied by all its original labels and accessories
- In its original packaging if possible
Any incomplete, damaged or obviously used product cannot be refunded.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product upon receipt
- Product not conforming to the description (wrong size, wrong item received)
In these cases, PARIVIS covers the return costs after verification.
5. Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, PARIVIS will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as that used during the order.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made. Depending on your bank, the time it takes for it to appear on your statement may vary from 3 to 10 additional business days.
6. Exchanges
PARIVIS does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different item, we invite you to return your order according to the procedure above and place a new order.
7. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are non-compliant:
- Body jewelry, earrings
- Underwear and swimwear (if unsealed)
